Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in our experiences, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions. Global Andes Expedition may update these policies and publish them on the website.Bookings and Payments
A 30% deposit of the total cost is required to confirm a booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the experience.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfers, cash, and the virtual payment gateway enabled on our website.
The virtual payment gateway guarantees secure and encrypted transactions, complying with international data protection standards.
Included Services
Each experience details what is included (specialized guides, materials, transportation, meals where applicable). Age or physical condition restrictions are communicated in advance.Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance: 100% refund.
Less than 7 days in advance: no refund.
In case of force majeure (weather, closure of archaeological sites), rescheduling or a partial refund is offered.
Client Responsibilities

Have travel insurance if necessary.
Company Responsibilities
Guarantee the quality and safety of services.
Comply with local tourism and conservation regulations.
Report any changes or unforeseen events promptly.
